Having survived multi-organ failure in ICU and rebuilt her life and career from the ground up, she speaks and writes about perimenopause, confidence and what it means to build an unapologetically deliberate life in midlife. She is the author of Perimenopause: The No-BS Guide to Hormones, Health and Taking Back Control, and the host of the podcast Menopause Unplugged.
Nikki began her career on the gym floor, supporting clients with fat loss, fitness, and building healthier routines. But over time, she started to notice a consistent pattern — women in their late 30s and 40s doing everything they'd been told to do and still getting stuck.
Training consistently. Eating well. Trying to stay disciplined. And yet progress slowed. Energy dropped. Nothing seemed to work the way it used to. And the most frustrating part was that they blamed themselves.
At that point, Nikki realised this wasn't a motivation problem. And it wasn't a lack of effort. There was something deeper going on that wasn't being addressed. That's what led her to specialise in menopause support — to understand what was actually happening in the body during this phase, and how to adjust the approach to match it.
Since then, Nikki has worked with hundreds of women navigating perimenopause who feel stuck, frustrated, and like nothing is working anymore. Her approach doesn't push more restriction or more intensity. It starts with understanding. And it changes everything.
